How does this compare to CamStudio in terms of user-friendliness? I tend to compare paid applications to an equivalent free program that is portable.

I’ve used CamStudio before and it created HUGE slow files with a lot of jerkiness. I’d be interested in seeing what Camtica can do.

I also use Camtasia and jing. Find Camtasia super easy now that I’ve been using it for a while. Afraid to switch. Learning curves take time! Cheers,

Hi, no I have not used either product to create sceencasts. I would imagine that Camtasia, being a professional product would have more features, but Camtica probably has enough for the casual to light user.
