It seems basic but actually listing numbered points as you have done makes this much easier to understand. I got no help from MS as they told me they didn’t support Gmail and even my friend who works in IT sent me a load of technobabble I couldn’t make any sense off when I asked for help!

Good simple guide for improving your email access. Often this can be a confusing task unless it is something you do regularly. I for one, usually, after hours of frustration, contact my service provider who will guide me through the steps. Maybe I will book mark this guide and not have the problem again.
